well you do not have the big popup turned on so lightbox is not going to work
In showphoto options you must turn on the big popup feature and lightbox also and you set your lightbox thresholds. any large photo under the thresholds will use lightbox larger ones will use the big popup
viewing that medium image I dont see any popup as your image is not linked so that tells me the feature is turned off.
