well your issue with that zipcode is I dont see it in the actual zipcode database for canada
You might need your guy to reimport the canadian zipcodes deleting your current zipData table and then renaming the old original one back to zipData as you have one name zipData original. I fixed that US only one as well.
Looks to me like someone was playing around there and removed all the importing of canadian zipcodes I did weeks ago.
