have your users subscribed to category notifications or specific ad notifications. This would appear to be there issue.
They can manage there notidfications in there classifieds profile.
I would suspect they are looking in the wrong place because classifieds stuff is in classifieds not
vb. Turning off notifications in
vb has no affect on classifieds
