PhotoPost Community - View Single Post - Where do i get zipcode functionality for classifieds?

I remember reading about Photopost Classifieds, and seeing that i can load a database of zipcodes so that users can figure out how far they are from a seller / buyer.

Unfortunately, after some poking around i haven't found the link to set this up / pay for the service. Can someone point me in the right direction?
