I have ran a
vb integrated site for awhile and have never seen this. Only thing I would think off the top of my head is you could have integrated with another
vb database instead of the
vb your integrated with. That would be the only explanation I can think that usergroups would not be imported. Like maybe you did a test install and then a real one.
