PhotoPost Community - View Single Post - "Sort by" and "Per Page" selections not working

We upgraded to 4.01 a week ago and I just realized I can't change the way it sorts or the number of ads per page. For example, if I want it to sort by Most recent I click the dropdown but nothing changes. If I want it to display 16 ads per page instead of 12 I click it but it stays the same.

Can you tell me how to fix that? Thanks.
