PhotoPost Community - View Single Post - Give (S?)Mods Ability To Mass Move/Edit/Delete

As an admin, if I go to the Mod CP to mass edit/move pictures, I can.

However, it isn't showing up for my mods/smods. I tried giving them all the permissions in the usergroup settings under vB Gallery in the Admin CP. What am I missing?
