well you can rate whatever you wish really and change the language phrases to suit you.
You can modify templates as you see fit and as far as changing the rating you would need to replace the rating.gif image with one you wish. I beleive its a thumbs up one in reviewpost but you could rename some star image to rating.gif and upload that to your reviewpost images directory.
