PhotoPost Community - View Single Post - 'Menu' not visible when unregistered and trying to view ad!

I restored the original menubar.tmpl file from the original Classifieds ZIP that I downloaded from PhotoPost, and it looks like it's back to normal now. However it's still not appearing when you get to the "You must be a registered user to view ads! To register click on the REGISTER button in the menu above." error page.
