Of that, I am absolutely certain. I was familiar with that issue and uploaded the same exact file twice from my desktop, once to Flickr and once to vBGallery, without any manipulation in between.
I may go ahead and try Photopost Pro, though I am intimidated by the installation instructions for that software.
