Hello

I would not be able to tell you whats wrong only you would know your settings. I can tell you the vb license number is wrong though as thats in the top of the file not a customer number.

anyway as stated you must enter the vb database details on config where it says user database and on step 4 you pick vb3 as your integration and answer the questions like mysql table prefix and enter everything correctly. You should be fine after that.
