my hosting just upgrade the plesk panel .. then the thumbails not show up... so i think i run the scan database .. all the pictures without thumbails was deleted ! but its ok, i mad with the hosting. i do nothing then i lost all my gallery because of him never inform me that he is upgrading the plesk panel.

i lost all my 3 years gallery. i accpet it already.
but now after upload the thumbails now show up .. what is possible cause this ?
