I see nothing that should not be getting parsed. We do the necessary replacements.
This line in bids.php shoud read as such $highbidder NOT $User['userid'] Code: Content visible to verified customers only.

I have made the code change and the email now informs the outbid member. The link to the ad, however, still is not parsed. I have saved the email and put in in a zip file for uploading. This is how it reads:

I don't think it is anything wrong with our setup because other emails with links are parsing okay.
