Our policies have never been hidden. There are right there on the license as well as the order page. You do not buy a license and get continued support forever.
In fact your using vbulletin and I beleive there support cost per year is $80.00 if you want support.
I can tell you that you might want to check your vbgallery forum and usergroup permissions but if you want us to provide product support you would need to renew access for $39.00
