Well you may be able to see a list but you cant actually view the ads
There really is no way to alter that unless you remove that link yourself from the topmenu function in pp-inc.php
See there is no query to grab to get category viewing permissions so nothing we can set to hide that. Maybe in future versions another global switch can guests view members list link.
