PhotoPost Community - View Single Post - Can I limit the amount of photos uploaded per cat?

I see Photopost support photo contents, we now want to run one, and I need to create a sub gallery per contest, and also want to be able to limit the number of entries each member may submit per gallery, how do I do this?
