Seems funny as your data directory does not exist so maybe safe mode is on which prevents proper operation as that data directory does not exist.

See that directory exists I know I get a white page. Now I beleive more so thats your issue that safe mode is on.
If thats the case you need to manually create all the data directories and turn safe mode off. You seem to be missing most of your data directories.
Otherwise you can also turn safe mode off and delete your categories and recreate them.
