Oops, I'm sorry Chuck I have fixed that...the usergroup permissions for the gallery are already set to allow those two you posted.
This was all working fine before I moved servers though and I had added in to show the number of gallery images in the post info section as well, which is also not showing....view source shows the div there but it's empty lol
