Hi Chuck
This is exactly the same problems as mine. And I can´t compile it myself because I don´t have shell access.
But the weird thing with my problems is, that it suddenly works on 3-4 photos???

So any ideas?

Another weird thing is that I can upload without choosing a photo and PhotoPost tells me it´s uploaded ok. ????
