Help - Exif

Hi I know you had a lot of questions about getting jhead to work and I have looked through all the topics, but now after more than 10 hours I´m nearly getting crazy

First I thougt it had something to do with permisions or some problems on the server, and I tried all different combinations to get it to work. It takes a long time because you have to upload a new photo everytime you tried anything new because it would only extract the exif data under upload. And Im sure the photo I uploaded all the time have Exif data!
But then suddenly I saw that it had extracted exif data from some of the members photos - so YES then it must be working! But no I can´t get it to work now.

I tried all possible combinations of server paths. And today I talked with my server host and they told me that my path to my path the home directory of account is not the same as the one where I have installed Photopost???
Is that possible?

In PhotoPost Admin Panel it shows that my server path to ex my data directory is: /hermes/web05/b1707/xx.xx/data/

But they told my that my path to path the home directory of my account on the server is: /home/users/web/b1707/xx.xx/

Is there something I get total wrong here?

Please help it´s driving me crazy and it is very important for me to could extract exif data because it is a site for photographers.

Thanks in advance
Klaus
