Look at your issue here two things I see
1. Make sure your forum url in your settings in reviewpost admin does not have a trailing slash.
2. Your avatar path in your
vb avatar settings attachment settings whatever they are called is suppose to be a server path relative to your forum directory not including the forum directory so it should simply be entered as this
./customavatars
