They are logged in. Here are the steps leading to the error message:
Gallery>Profile>Statistics> (scroll down to) Photo Notifications> Manage Photos
Members can then highlight the photos they wish to delete using thumbnails to assist.
But when members click the 'submit' button a message appears:
"You do not have permission for this operation."
