PhotoPost Community - View Single Post - Possible to add rectangle tags to the picture?

example: “Few people know how to take a walk...." on Flickr - Photo Sharing!
when you move the mouse over the picture, some rectangle tags appear.
Is it possible to have the feature in Photopost?
so that maybe the uploader or/and users can draw their own rectangle tags?
