Good Morning Chuck
In usergroups the maximum upload size has been set to 0 (unlimited) for every group (at this time).

PHP maximum filesize was set to the default of 2MB. I forgot since I created a new subdirectory to copy over my default php.ini file to the root of it so the settings can be applied.

As for the description issue.... I tried WYSIWYG editor in advanced and basic and those tags are displayed. If I choose none then it really gets messy by showing alot of bad characters for the ads that have been already posted. So I need to figure out how to correct the issue with WYSIWYG enabled (either basic or advanced).

I'll keep poking around and see if I come up with anything.
