I dont see where you have a workable photopost vbgallery anywhere.
You cant upgrade to vbgallery from photopost
Your database has Photopost Pro tables as well as old style vbgallery tables and new vbgallery tables so there is your issue your upgrade script is very confused whats going on.
So I take it you tried upgrading from photopost to vbgallery which is your issue
