Your email which is required does send an email from that email I beleive as all that is is a form email program.
I am merely saying there is no emails from that email which the email you input into that form would be sent to use and appear in our helpdesk.
I have also searched our helpdesk for your domain name which is tied to your license and nothing comes up in the helpdesk contact for that domain, I searched your name as well nothing comes up.
