Chuck, no less than 40 manpower hours have gone into this issue this weekend by myself and 2 other Photopost techs. We have followed your instructions exquisitely and nothing is working. We've been in constant contact with our host. ImageMagick is properly uploaded and the paths are correct yet when put in Photopost, the same error code listed above comes up. Since we upgraded on Friday, pictures have not been able to be posted to the gallery. This has killed my stats and participation that I've worked no less than 70 hours a week for the past 4 months to establish my message board and gallery. When I purchase software and it's installed by professionals and maintained, I expect it to function properly. All server error logs show the problem is with the Photopost software.
At this point in time, the PhotoPost software upgrade is corrupt. We've reinstalled several times. I think that it's only fair that PhotoPost fix this problem since I've only had this software for less than 3 months. We've even gone back and reset the servers to Friday before the upgrade and that still hasn't fixed the issue. A speedy resolution would be much appreciated.
