i'm looking at integrating classifieds with vbulletin 3.8.2 and am running into problems. I've searched here but it hasn't helped.

On step 1 do I enter my vbulletin's database info in the top section where each box says

PhotoPost Classifieds Database Host
PhotoPost Classifieds Database Name
PhotoPost Classifieds Database User
PhotoPost Classifieds Database Password
PhotoPost Classifieds Database Prefix (cannot be changed once set)

I tried this, had the correct details and got an error after step 4

I cannot connect to the Members database

Then I went back and entered the same database info as above into

User Database Host (enter same info as above if not integrating with a third party forum)
User Database Name
User Database User
User Database Password

Then after step 4 I got this

We're sorry, but the system experienced an unrecoverable error. Please try again later.

I don't know what to do. If someone could take a look that would be great. I saw that you can pay to have it done but at $59 it's too expensive for me.
