Does your server error logs have any errors to suggest what the issue is?

The directories do not get set to 777 for templates. It is 755 and the template files are 666

The problem is your server is not parsing the templates correct. here is what your server is showing

You might need to ask your server host if they have a suggestion as it sounds like if everything has been set right there might be something in the server setup that is causing this.

Every last template is being corrupted by the server it seems.
