Well I think there must be an intermediate solution:
You have 2 kinds of people searching your site..
- people searching for images
- people searching for forum threads, seeking information..
the simplest way to satisfy both would be:
to ad 1 link to each search page:
- Add to forum search page: Are you searching for images? (linking to gallery searchpage)
- Add to gallery search page: Are you searching for forum threads? (linking to forum searchpage)
I also added something similar to blog search.. and linksearch..
But I read somewhere that in vbulletin 4, you will be able to group those searches.. maybe it will be possible to integrate gallery search as well..
