Something like that would be considered a modification since your talking about something outside the reviewpost software. It would be a forum specific feature in general.
Example like lets take vbulletin. You have the ability to place an rss feed to populate a forum in
vb. You could use the reviewpost external.php script to do that without any modification to code since we have an RSS feed in the default software. No mods needed for
vb or reviewpost.
