I have the header as this: Disabled right now:

and footer as this:

</table>

If I disable - the page goes to 100% and seems to load fine.

I just noticed it was still trying to load the header, which is now disabled.

So.. how do I get the page 80% without doing all that stuff then?

BTW - looking at the source code, it is loading the default.css template even though I am taking the style integration from SMF - is that overwritten somewhere down the line?
