Not with any of the present code nope. You can upload photos or video's thats the extent of things. Now videos are not touched by an image processor so you could upload whatever new format your trying to have users download and it will be linked like any other video but say if you create some new multimedia player with such an embed you could do it but as stated this is all code modification.
