Only our actual customer would be a verified customer and able to obtain support. You might need to get him to setup some generic email on his site that you have access to maybe
support@hissite.com and have him as customer service to change his license email to that however note that means he would be giving you verified access if you change your forum email to that and he would lose his verified customer access.
