Yes I changed it so you could have verified access.
You changed it from telusplanet.net one to a gmail account which again is not a verified account on a license. Thats why I asked what was hard to understand about the verification thread I linked above.
I had pointed out earlier in this thread and posted what your valid email address was so you could change your forum account and become verified. Most likely its a typo on your part when you ordered.
You will need to contact sales and update the email on account for the license and then change your forum email once again to a valid email thus to keep verified status.
