This is an open issue which we where discussing an issue not here but on our helpdesk. You have now asked since you lost our prior discussions on this issue for reminders as to any outcome and discussion. Thats fine I am trying to assist you in that regard. For me to do that I need to pull up any discussion we have had and that means searching through 11000 helpdesk emails. This is why I was asking what the email was you sent us from. I found it and it was the admin email from the site me are discussing. admin at site dot net.
Now please resend the admin login and ftp as the ones in the email I found from a couple weeks ago are not valid any longer for me to assist you. I tried the info I found and it does not work.
One thing to try and do is run the install script and select the option to rebuild the data cache. Lets see what that does.
