I do not think your understanding what I am asking.
The email you emailed us in the helpdesk today is new. The email in your profile on your license has no helpdesk emails associated with it.
I am asking what is the email you emailed us with several weeks ago so I may actually look at the discussion we had and see where it was left off at. You may have lost any correspondence but we have full records of everything so I am simply trying to recall the status of any discussion and once I see where we where I can respond to you with that outcome.
So all I need is that specific email.
