Looks to me like your entire site has mysql issues. Make sure mysql is working on the server.

As far as your gallery and forum make sure the information in their respective config files is the correct access information to connect to mysql as this may have changed if you reinstalled mysql on the server.

Your forum and gallery both show that a connection to mysql can not be made.
