You should always have separate emails otherwise your going to change multiple user passwords etc

we will reset the password for ALL users with that email.
Then when you click the forgot email to reset the password we do it just for the one user you clicked the reset for and if you have multiple users with multiple emails to reset multiple users.
You can upload as another user on upload fine but not sure what your saying about photos arent counted as some user.
