I totally understand chuck, and it isn't personal at all, but this program quit working correctly when vbulletin went to 3.7......I have had to keep it shutdown just so people can register on my site, it was actually causing errors then as shown in post #3. So whether it is 3.7, 3.8, 10.0, the program still isn't working correctly and shutting stuff off to force it to work isn't the correct way to handle the problem either. I tried all of the test updates that were suggested on other posts and still had a bunch of issues, no avatars, no post counts, mysql errors, etc.....now we can't comment on images, which would be fine, since the program isn't working correctly anyways. I have spent a couple months trying to just pop in everyonce in a while and see if there has been a complete fix to all of the issues the software has been having. I believe i have been very patient on this issue and instead of argueing a mute point, i will just move onto a different software program and try to move everything over. Not a big deal, just sucks that i have to spend more money, do to the issues with vbgallery. Like i stated earlier, i have been using this program for quite a few years now, and yea there has been allot of changes and vbgallery team members used to have really great customer service when it came to all of the updates within vbulletin itself.

I am no coder nor do i claim to be, but it seems that if it's a newreply.php issue, team members would already have 3.8 beta download and testing to try to keep one step ahead of the competion. Then again, maybe i am wrong. But this didn't just start when i upgraded to 3.8.
