I don't know why the files stored in the sigpic table are stored with a JPG extension, or even if they are. What I was pointing out is that in our forum the images display just fine and when I look at the images they say they are GIFs not JPGs. I figured something in the ReviewPost code was coded as pulling JPG's only and hence if a file was GIF it wouldn't display it. Is there some place in vbulletin that you define signature pics? The only thing I've ever done is say Yes people can use them, Yes they can be animated and put in a maximum file dimension and file size. I don't recall there being anything in vbulletin where you'd set a file type for signature pics.
If you tell me what table to look at for sigpics I can use plesk to go in and look at that table and field and see what actual value is in the database if you'd like.
