Hold the phone... now I do see the yes and no box.
After running the upgrade I still had zero in that spot. You told me, above, to put yes in there and I hand typed Yes in that option.
I just went back to check that Admin section and NOW it shows Yes/No in a drop down box.
It did not initially. It showed only a zero and a large text entry box.
