I did a fresh install of 6.2 and think I tracked it down to the paths generated in pp-inc.php for tjpzoom.
js and focus.
js
The tjpzoom.
js and focus.
js files are located in the photopost/
js/ directory but is referenced in pp-inc.php to just the photopost directory.
Edit pp-inc.php to show the correct location.
