I noted several things in that other thread there have been no response on.
1. disable any plugins as your posting interface is not standard

2. post a site link and test login so someone from support may actually assist you.
If there was an error like this
vb 3.7 series has been out quite some time this would have been reported. I need to see your site see you plugins which are easily active see the style. You can have a number of issues going on.
