You could try doing it a table at a time. You would need to view the sql file and do it piecemeal or get godaddy to do it
You know the funny thing here is to do the sql file via ssh command line would take 2 mins to import from somewhere on your server if you upload it there
and they charge you hours of work for something that takes 2 mins
