Right, and this was my first thought, but when I go into the Admin interface, there are no photos awaiting approval; the queue is empty.
Also, 'Require Moderation' is set to 'No' for every usergroup we've got.
It's just the thumbnail for the album cover that shows the 'Image Pending Approval'. The image itself is completely viewable by everyone.
This really has me stumped
