Thank you for your answer. vBulletin forums said they could not help me and to ask Photopost, even though it did not make sense to me, so I came to ask.
I went to vBulletin.org and asked and got the help I needed.
Here is the thread, just in case it helps future searches of this forum to find the answer. I was beginning to think I was going to just get the run around.
