Thats not what I would call the welcome line in our program there is actually a welcome area on our program your talking about some header in
vb and most likely same issue you had before your area is using relative image paths you need to correct.

Looks fine to me when you fix that issue. Your issues all have to do with your custom style which need to be addressed in that custom style especially when dealing with image paths so things are found.
