don't know exactly what you mean. In admin/edit user I can only edit a user, delete a user and reset his password; no possibility to send out an email from there. Resetting a users password gives a correct formatted mail.
This is a test installation, all users are dummy users and all data are test data. Feel free to register yourself, so you will receive the verification mail by yourself. You can then reset your password and will receive another mail. The URL is

I've already looked into languages/german/email.php; the strings there are ok and indentical to other email messages. What I found out is that the registration verification mail is sent out by register.php, while all other mails are sent out by adm-users.php. Maybe this is a hint...
