Got another report from a user today with a similar problem:

No longer have a need for this kennel. Similar kennels cost around $200 new. Also have a large (or possibly extra-large?) plastic dog house to go with the kennel. If you do not want the dog house I will take $25 off the price of the kennel. Dog house does have some damage from being chewed on, but still in good shape. (cost $50-$60 new) If you would like dimensions on the dog house let me know. Will deliver within 50 miles of Grant for 50 cents per mile.
